PrivatePA provides professional, administrative and personal assistance using trusted, experienced and efficient personal assistants.

You may be overloaded with tasks, or simply believe that at this stage in your life, you need personal assistance with many time consuming, complex or tedious tasks.

Administrative


Manage mail, email and accounts; organise, prioritise, action and file.

Personal Computing: manage correspondence, organise folders and e-mail accounts.

Manage Financial information for external accountants.

Organise, pay and manage all household and personal expenses.

Conduct online banking and branch visits.

Review statements and expenses.

Manage medical insurance claims.

Assist with financial advisors and provide secretarial services for personal investments.

Property


Home and garden management, renovation and development, including engaging and managing building and landscape contractors, architects, designers, etc.

Engage and manage necessary skilled tradesmen, technicians and cleaners for properties in Australia and overseas.

Organise house moving, storage, downsizing, upsizing. Assist with locating and inspecting properties; sorting, packing and disposal of household contents, etc.

Establish, change or cancel utilities, review charges for fair market value and negotiate contracts.

Secure your home during holidays or business trips; arrange pet care, security and mail collection.

Assist with rental properties including Holiday Stayz and Airbnb.

We have a team of experts to call on for all your needs.

Personal and Family


Plan and manage events - including organising venues, catering, invitations and entertainment for functions.

Assist with day-to-day household management including meals and entertaining.

Research and book vacations, flights and visas taking advantage of frequent flyer points.

Accompany clients to medical/dental or other specialist appointments.

Accompany and assist clients with shopping - online and in person.

Chauffeur service around Melbourne and Victoria including airport runs.

Accompany clients for training and fitness programs and locate personal trainers & gyms.

Accompany clients on flights, travel nationally and internationally.

What we charge


PrivatePA provides a one hour consultation to discuss your needs and whether we can assist you. There is no charge for this service.

Our minimum engagement is generally three hours (but regular requests can be less).

Our base fee is $60 per/hr.

All about us


Susanne (Sue) Forge Dip Bus (accounting) is the principal of PrivatePA.
Sue is a qualified accountant and company director, with broad experience in financial matters. Together with her husband Warwick, Sue has created three small, successful businesses (refer www.landscapeconference.com). She has a business and financial background with extensive experience in event and function management, managing and leading overseas tours and property management.

Sue has an exceptional range of skills and experience with a businesslike and efficient approach to all matters.

PrivatePA is a business created by Sue to which she brings complete support, confidentiality and integrity. These skills coupled with her optimism, humour and naturally caring nature are at the core of our work ethic.

All personal assistants and consultants working with Sue have been very carefully selected over many years. Detailed CV’s and references are available on request.
